This Saturday, September 16, 29 travel agents from Australia and New Zealand set sail on Genting Dream ship for Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) Australasia’s 2017 Masters Conference.
Specially designed for travel agents aspiring to the highest level of cruise industry accreditation, the Masters Conference combines training sessions with cruise experience.
CLIA Australasia 2017 Masters Conference commences in Hong Kong on September 16, with agents enjoying 1-night pre-cruise accommodation, prior to boarding Genting Dream for a 5-night cruise to Japan with call ports at Miyakojmia and Naha.
Returning to oversee the 19th CLIA Australasia Masters Conference is US-based travel industry trainer, motivational speaker and business coach Scott Koepf. He will lead the conference sessions to help travel agents advance their marketing skills to selling cruise vacations. Additionally, President of Dream Cruises, Thatcher Brown, will deliver keynote presentation.
Agents who complete a comprehensive post-conference work-based assignment attain the Master Cruise Consultant accreditation, which is a prestigious rank for travel consultants.
