The mission of Winnow is to help hospitality industry tackle avoidable food waste via providing staff and chefs with creative ways to run an efficient operation.
The flagship of Costa, Costa Diadema, is now the primary lab where this project takes place. The project will be implemented on all Costa Cruises' ships in Asia and Europe.
