The new guide of luxury brand Celebrity Cruises, AirWaves, helps travel agents personalise fly-cruise and stay bookings, through simplifying the process to 4 steps.
Celebrity’s new system will simplify the process and identify ‘the potential to extend holidays pre- and post-cruise by up to 12 nights, via including a selection of suggested flights, hotels and transfer options across 9 different destinations around the world’.
Company's guide AirWaves includes links to on-line resources, such as help guides and training videos to booking advice and on-line support.
AirWaves platform piloted in July 2017, and launched last week. All schedules of Celebrity Cruises are pre-loaded on the booking system to help travel agents find their clients' ideal holiday, tailor it to their interests and provide them with the needed pre-travel information.
As part of the booking, agents can also find real-time flights from across thirty UK-based and Irish airports. They also have access to thousands of 4- and 5-star hotels in departure cities and close to ports, ‘making it even more straight-forward to extend their customers’ holiday and fly-cruise holiday’.
