The ferry ship Helgoland carrying 78 passengers onboard has collided with a quay in Heligoland Harbor in Germany, North Sea, on December 31, 2017.
The accident happened while the vessel was setting sail for a routine crossing to Cuxhaven.
The ferry suffered serious hull damage and had to stay in port. All passengers were disembarked. No injuries were reported.
The cause for the collision is still unknown. The ferry is serving the Cuxhaven-Helgoland route.
