Princess Cruises announced its 4th Culinary Cruise featuring popular food journalist Bill Esparza. The new culinary trip sails the west coast departing from Los Angeles CA onboard Ruby Princess March 22 – 26.
Esparza brings along famous chefs Carlos Salgado and Sabina Bandera to collaborate with Princess' award-winning culinary team for a week of gastronomy experiences, such as chef-led cooking demonstrations, cocktail making tutorials, tequila tastings, custom shore trips and Q+A sessions.
Bill Esparza is winner of James Beard award for the coverage of L.A. taco scene in Los Angeles Magazine. He is also considered one of the leading experts on Mexican food in the country. A noted saxophone player, Bill Esparza has traveled and eaten throughout Southern California, Mexico and Latin America.
Passengers onboard will have the chance to experience special menus throughout Ruby Princess' restaurant and bars as well as learn valuable cuisine skills from the guest chefs who boast a varied background.
