Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) took delivery of the 168,028 GT Norwegian Bliss from Meyer Werft during an official ceremony in Bremerhaven, marking the conclusion of 18-month building period.
Before sailing to Southampton UK to start her transatlantic cruise on April 21, Norwegian Bliss will show all she has to offer to her first passengers during a 2-day European inaugural preview voyage.
Upon her arrival to the United States on May 3, the festivities for her inaugural tour in the USA will commence with 2-night preview events in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles, concluding with grand christening ceremony and sailing from ship's first homeport at Pier 66 in Seattle on May 30.
Following a 3-day inaugural cruise with a call into port of Victoria BC, the ship will return on June 2 and then embark on her first 7-day voyage to Alaska.
