Northern Aegean Sporades islands have a new ferry link to the second-largest city in Greece later this month.
Golden Star ferries launches its Thessaloniki-Sporades Islands route on June 15 after getting green light from Greek Shipping Ministry.

With 2 new ships, the ferry will depart out of Thessaloniki at 10:00 a.m. every day before returning at 7:15 p.m. The cost of a one-way ticket is EUR60 (US$70), while a return ticket sets travellers back for EUR108.
The ferry route is to operate until September 9.
