Kicking off Carnival Cruise Line's year-long celebration to welcome the Carnival Panorama ship to the West Coast, the company's Carnival AirShip debuts in Southern California.
The 120-foot-long Carnival AirShip will fly over and visit entertainment and culture locations across the state throughout this month including The Rose Parade: A Showcase of Floats on January 2 along with local schools, sporting events, travel agent viewing parties, line’s homeports in Long Beach January 5, San Diego January 13 and San Francisco January 25, as well as select Sky Zone trampoline park locations, the newest all-ages attraction aboard Carnival Panorama, beginning with the Anaheim location January 11.
In conjunction with the California tour of the AirShip, customers have an opportunity to win a free cruise vacation and additional prizes each week throughout January. The AirShip creates the chance to raise money for a cause. Anyone who takes a picture of it and posts it on social media with a hashtag #ChooseFun, the cruise line will make a US$2 donation to its charity partner St.Jude Children’s Research Hospital up to a donation of US$20,000.
