Royal Caribbean's Spectrum of the Seas got closer to completion as the ship was floated out of the dry dock on Monday, February 25, to begin the next phase of construction at Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg.
Designed specifically for the Chinese cruise market, Spectrum OTS is due for delivery in April 2019.
