P&O Cruises unveiled its winter 2020-2021 programme, which features 206 new voyages and the first winter season of Iona.
Highlights of the winter programme also include new 7-night Dubai and Arabian Gulf journeys, a new maiden call to Qatar, and additional overnight stays.
P&O Iona opens for sale to the Ligurian, Caribbean, and Baltic tier members of P&O Cruises Peninsular Club on Friday, March 15 and for general sale on Monday, March 18.
The rest of the fleet open for sale to the Ligurian, Caribbean, and Baltic tier members of P&O Cruises Peninsular Club on Tuesday, March 19 and for general sale on March 21 for itineraries sailing to or from Southampton UK (excluding Grand Tours and World Cruise), Dubai and Arabian Gulf fly cruises; and on March 22 for Classic Southern Hemisphere Journeys, Caribbean fly-cruise, World Cruise, Grand Tour and Exotic fly-cruise.
The launch of P&O Cruises' winter 2020-2021 season is supported by a brand new TV advertising campaign featuring Rob Brydon’s character Huw and his wife Jenny. It is destination-focused and showcases cultural experiences, with several evening scenes to highlight an extended time in port.
The winter deployment of Iona means passengers can “extend their summer” via sailing south to Portugal, Spain, and the Canaries for winter sun and visit port cities in Northern Europe. Day-into-night calls and overnights are regular features of the ship’s winter season.
Prices start from GBP 899 per person for a 14-night Spain, Portugal, and the Canary Islands trip or GBP 499 per person for a 7-night Northern European City Escape from Southampton UK.
