Holland America passengers looking to experience the Mexican Riviera will have 20 cruises and 3 ships to choose from between October 2019-April 2020.
A series of 7-day itineraries are offered on the HAL liners Oosterdam and Eurodam, while Maasdam expands to Mexico in 2020. All voyages are roundtrips from homeport San Diego CA.
Each of the itineraries features 3 Mexican ports of call, as well as an overnight at Puerto Vallarta with extra time to go whale-watching in Banderas Bay, take a zip-line tour through lush Sierra Madre Mountains, or take a side trip to one of the enchanting Pueblos Magicos in Mexico. All trips also include visits to the popular Mexican ports of Cabo San Lucas and Mazatlan.
MS Oosterdam kicks off the season on October 6, 2019, with one of 14 week-long cruises offered through April 18, 2020, including a couple of holiday departures on December 21 and December 28. Passengers can enjoy an identical itinerary onboard ms Eurodam on October 19, November 2, and November 9, 2019. Vacationers interested in a longer trip can extend the October 19 trip of Eurodam by embarking 4 days earlier at Vancouver BC for an 11-day sailing that adds a visit to Santa Barbara CA.
For a deeper Mexican Riviera exploration, the 12-day EXC In-Depth Voyage aboard Maasdam departs on April 3 and April 15, 2020, including 7 Mexican cruise ports that rim the Sea of Cortez. Guests can enjoy Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan, Puerto Vallarta, La Paz, Loreto, Guaymas, Topolobampo.
