Princess Cruises is due to sail a new ship from Singapore in 2020 – with the latest high-tech cruise passenger personal service device and brand new itineraries.
The MedallionClass ship, Grand Princess, will make her Singapore debut on December 10, 2020, and be based at Marina Bay Cruise Terminal for 2020-2021 cruise season.
The 2,600-passenger Grand Princess is set to replace Sapphire Princes with itineraries on offer including 4- to 21-day voyages around Southeast Asia, including Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Before her arrival, Grand Princess will offer a new 53-day "Pacific Crossing and Asia" itinerary, starting from Vancouver BC and covering a total of 26 ports. The itinerary offers options for embarkation in Long Beach LA and disembarkation/embarkation in Shanghai, as well as a 28-day segment on Hawaii, Guam and East Asia crossing. In Honolulu, Nagasaki, Osaka, Hong Kong, Seoul, and Shanghai, late night port calls will be made, with an overnight in Tianjin (Beijing).
