Cruise company Royal Caribbean added a new plant-based menu to the main dining room of its ships.
Dishes like vegan spaghetti bolognese, edamame-stuffed portobello mushrooms, orzo pasta stew with green vegetables, toffee cheesecake with dark chocolate and peanut butter crust, will be offered as each vessel returns to its homeport.
It's been reported that plant-based food would continue to be served at Royal Caribbean's Windjammer buffet.
The new menu in the MDR will allow 'vegan passengers to enjoy more formal meals.'
