Passengers on the P&O Cruises liner Azura had to sleep in freezing conditions after they had been left stranded ashore. Around 1200 cruisers who were tendered in Port Monte Carlo (Monaco) were unable to return to theeir ship duet to bad weather
The travelers (mostly British) were left stranded for ~24 hours and had to sleep on foldable beds - many even slept on tables.
The passengers left the liner for a day ashore at 10 am (Saturday, September 28), but couldn't return back until 10 am on Sunday. The next scheduled port call is Cartagena Spain. The voyage ends in Southampton UK on Saturday.
