A growing hub for tourism, Port Toronto Cruise Ship Terminal welcomes thousands of cruise passengers to Toronto per year.
This season, extending to October 22, marked the Port's busiest yet as the number of cruise ships calling in Toronto has more than doubled in 2019, with a total of 36 ships visiting the Port of Toronto this summer and fall and bringing about 12,000 visitors to the port city.
On October 22, the Port will close its strongest cruise season yet with the departure of Victory Cruise Line's ship MS Victory I.
One of the largest inland ports in Canada, Port Toronto offers a unique urban experience for cruisers making their way through the Great Lakes. The seaport operates in accordance with Canada's Marine Act and is guided by a 9-member board with representation from all 3 levels of the government.
