One of the two Carnival cruise ships that collided in the port of Cozumel docked in Port NOLA New Orleans on Sunday, December 22, where workers assessed the damage from the accident.
The cruise company announced that Carnival Glory was making her way to a dock on Friday when she collided with Carnival Legend, which was stationary. Stern damages (aft-starboard on decks 3 and 4 / Platinum Dining Room) were visible as the liner docked after the crash.
Around 8:30 AM on Saturday, Carnival Glory pulled into Port NOLA. The vessel was originally scheduled to arrive at 6 AM, according to the port's website.
