Carnival Magic is scheduled to operate a diverse 2021 schedule featuring a series of European voyages, a couple of trans-Atlantic crossings, a summer schedule from NYC and Caribbean journeys from Port Canaveral FL.
Carnival Magic will be one of the newest and biggest Carnival cruise ships to sail from New York City, providing guests with a host of onboard beverage, dining, and entertainment innovations as well as outdoor attractions.
Carnival Magic will sail from 4 cities across 2 continents visiting 33 destinations in Europe, Bermuda, The Bahamas, the Caribbean, Canada, and New England in 2021.
- Carnival Magic is scheduled to reposition for her 2021 European schedule with a 2-week trans-Atlantic crossing departing Miami FL on March 13 and arriving in Barcelona, Spain on March 27, 2021, visiting Bermuda, Ponta Delgada, Lisbon, Malaga, Valencia.
- The cruise ship will then undergo a 2-week-long dry dock refurbishment followed by a series of 7- and 8-day Mediterranean sailings from Barcelona through April 25, 2021. These cruises call at some of the most popular destinations in the region, including Valletta, Marseille, Livorno, Civitavecchia (Rome), Naples, Messina. Carnival Magic will then sail back to the United States on a 12-day trans-Atlantic crossing from Barcelona to NY May 3-15, 2021, visiting Cartagena, Malaga, Funchal (Madeira), and Halifax.
- Beginning on June 17, 2021, Carnival Magic kicks off a summer schedule from New York City operating 4- to 9-day voyages to Bermuda, the Caribbean, The Bahamas, Canada, and New England. The new schedule runs through September 24, 2021, and includes 4-, 5- and 7-day sailings to Bermuda, a 4-day eastern Canada voyage, week-long fall foliage trips to New England and eastern Canada, and 7- and 8-day Caribbean departures visiting top destinations like the private Bahamian island of Half Moon Cay, Amber Cove Dominicana, Grand Turk, San Juan, St Maarten, St Thomas USVI. The New York season of Magic also includes a 9-day Carnival Journeys trip featuring tropical ports in the eastern Caribbean and special onboard programming.
- In November 2021, Magic will shift to Port Canaveral FL for a winter schedule of 6- and 8-day Caribbean itineraries from the Space Coast. A pair of different 6-day voyages are offered – one featuring Amber Cove, Grand Turk, and Half Moon Cay/Nassau while another visits Cozumel, Belize, and Costa Maya. 8-day Eastern Caribbean sailings visit St. Maarten, St. Kitts, San Juan, Grand Turk, while 8-day Southern Caribbean cruises call in Aruba, Grand Turk, Curacao/Bonaire. There are also 7-day sailings visiting tropical destinations in the eastern and western Caribbean. The Caribbean program runs through April 23, 2022.
