Croatian authorities said a Carnival cruise ship with 756 crew onboard had docked in Port Dubrovnik Croatia following weeks at sea due to the ongoing pandemic.
The stranded Carnival Magic will remain at Port Gruz (Dubrovnik) overnight on Wednesday and Thursday (May 20-21) when the crew will be gradually disembarked and repatriated. Croatian authorities will check the temperature of the entire crew disembarking the ship but don't expect any infections.
Among the planned for repatriation crew are Croatians, Romanians, Slovakians, Ukrainians and nationals from other Eastern European countries. Before arriving in Dubrovnik, Carnival Magic made a technical stop in Gibraltar UK.
