75 NCL-Norwegian Cruise Line crew repatriated to Port Kingstown SVG

75 NCL-Norwegian Cruise Line crew have been repatriated to St Vincent and the Grenadines via Oceania Marina ship, which docked at Port Kingstown on Friday, June 19. All the seafarers tested COVID-negative. They were disembarked on Friday, June 19, and will complete a 14-day mandatory quarantine in a government-approved facility or at home.

The Marina ship is operated by NCL's sister-brand Oceania Cruises - both being fully-owned by NCLH-Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd (shipowner).

St Vincent and the Grenadines has 26 recovered Coronavirus cases. This follows the receipt of the 2nd negative PCR result for a person from the Public Health Laboratory at CARPHA.

The results have been included in a batch of results for twenty-five samples sent to the lab on Wednesday, June 17. 4 DCL-Disney Cruise Line's crew who disembarked on June 15, have also tested COVID-negative.

No new positive cases have been reported, so there are currently 3 active COVID cases in SVG, out of a total of 29.
