VCL-Victory Cruise Lines introduces Yucatan’s Mayan Cruise Tour 2021

VCL-Victory Cruise Lines (subsidiary company and brand owned by AQSC-American Queen Steamboat Company) announced a new itinerary for season 2021 - "Yucatan's Mayan Cruise Tour". Available from November through December 2021 on the ship MS Victory 2, the new itinerary is a roundtrip from Cancun (Cozumel, Mexico).

Part land, part sea, the cruisetour allow passengers to experience Mexico’s distinctive culture. Shore trips led by bilingual guides and on premium motorcoaches transport travellers to regions and archeological sites rarely seen on Victory Cruise Line’s newest itinerary.

Excursion highlights include the Mayan city Chichen Itza, the distinctive cultures of Mexico's Campeche State, as well as the secrets of civilizations past on the journey.

The Yucatan’s Mayan Cruise Tour includes an optional flight to Cancun (overnight hotel stay), excursion to Tulum and embarkation in Cozumel (Day 2), Costa Maya (Day 3), Gulf of Mexico cruising (Day 4), Progreso (Day 5), Campeche (Days 6-7 / overnight), Gulf of Mexico cruising (Day 8), Progreso/Valladolid (Day 9), Valladolid/Cancun (Days 10-11 / overnight hotel stay). First departure was planned for Nov 17, 2021. Prices started from USD 3300 pp (double occupancy).

Victory Cruise Lines has also created enhanced health and safety protocols in order to keep crew, guests, and the communities the ships visit safe in the face of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). New steps implemented include crew screening, pre-cruise screening, updated boarding processes, increased sanitation measures. The new policies are in place and ready to be implemented when the company resumes operations in 2021.
