NCL-Norwegian Cruise Line announced it had launched “Week of You”, a complimentary series that is featuring virtual events designed to support travel advisors as they prepare for the anticipated comeback of the cruise industry.
December 7 through 11, 2020, NCL's “Week of You” provides travel partners with access to exclusive opportunities to engage with A-list lifestyle business leaders and experts, including Jay Shetty - The New York Times best-selling author and purpose coach, “Queer Eye’s” design guru Bobby Berk, Karrikins Group founder and leader of business growth advisory council Peter Sheahan, NCL partner and award-wining winemaker Michael Mondavi, Facebook’s Head of Travel Colleen Coulter and business communications expert as well as one of Amazon’s best-selling authors Jill Schiefelbein. The topics range from tips on how to establish healthy mental well-being to do-it-yourself home office makeovers for a productive work environment and social media platforms to grow sales.
In addition to the educational and lifestyle workshops, NCL hosts dedicated sessions where travel partners have the chance to engage with Norwegian Cruise Line's executives and sales representatives in order to prepare them for the upcoming return to cruises.
Attendees further their knowledge on the Norwegian passenger experience and innovative offerings with discussions focused on highlighted itineraries, upcoming promotions, group sales, and more. Advisors can sign up to attend the Metro Meeting accommodating their region and time zone and serves their business goals.
New content is made available daily and travel advisors are encouraged to review each educational workshop for a chance to win a commemorative gift. For every session attended, participants are entered into a drawing for a 7-day voyage. The more sessions a travel partner participates in, the greater is his/her chances to win a cruise aboard one of the 17 award-winning NCL ships.
The 5-day “Week of You” event is expected to close out with a performance from Tony Award-winning production “Million Dollar Quartet,” which is featured on Norwegian Getaway. Recorded live at the Hernando’s Hideaway in the heart of Memphis TN, the special rendition reunites the cast for the first time in several months.
