MedCruise’s Black Sea Working Group, which is composed of Odessa (Ukraine), Constanta (Romania), Varna and Burgas (Bulgaria) ports, was created back in 2018 with the purpose to resume cruises in the Black Sea region following years of cruise ship calls' absence because of the geopolitical reasons.
“Starting from that time we are working hard all together to revive the activity in our ports and to welcome cruise passengers in our cities”.
The Black Sea Working Group presented a short video presentation in the frames of the marketing campaign. The video describes the tourism potential of Black sea cities and their cultural heritage and also shows the beauty of nature and diversity of entertainment, airports' and passenger terminals' technical capabilities.
In a statement, the Group said they were "happy to remind that Black sea ports and cities would be glad to welcome cruise passengers and are able to render high-level services.”
