Customers looking ahead to their summer vacations can book a roundtrip cruise as soon as March 24 and set sail from June 12. The new itineraries that are departing through August, which will sail with a vaccinated crew, will be available to adult passengers who are fully COVID vaccinated and those under the age of 18 with negative results.
Royal Caribbean’s summer series with Adventure of the Seas offers passengers the opportunity to spend a couple of consecutive days on Perfect Day at CocoCay, where all crew members will be fully vaccinated. Guests can try the tallest waterslide in North America among Thrill Waterpark’s 13 waterslides; Up, Up & Away, the helium balloon floating up to 450 feet in the air; as well as the first floating cabanas in The Bahamas at Coco Beach Club. In the evening, they can unwind with a cocktail on Chill Island’s beaches or at the biggest freshwater pool in the Caribbean, Oasis Lagoon.
Details on additional health & safety measures to be implemented by RCI will be announced at a later date. The line’s comprehensive, multilayered health & safety measures to come leverage expert guidance from Royal Caribbean Group’s Head of Public Health and Chief Medical Officer, the Healthy Sail Panel, local government and health authorities.
Cruisers have to meet the travel requirements of The Bahamas which may include receiving a negative PCR test result prior to their arrival, testing upon arrival into the country, and filling out appropriate entry forms.
