The NCLH-owned ultra premium brand RSSC-Regent Seven Seas Cruises announced its return to operation with Seven Seas Splendor ship sailing from the UK beginning September 2021.
The cruise will mark the line’s return to service, as well as Splendor’s inaugural season, with the liner having only completed 2 journeys with passengers after being officially christened in February last year. With a phased return to operation for the rest of the fleet, vacationers will soon be able to the Regent experience with the peace of mind coming with the multi-layered SailSAFE health & safety program.
The cruise company intends to preserve its originally planned itineraries, as much as the health environment allows, presenting passengers with exceptional cruise and destination experience.
The first voyage in her inaugural season has Regent's Seven Seas Splendor scheduled to set sail on September 11, 2021, for an 11-night cruise, round-trip from Southampton England visiting Scotland and Ireland. After her initial trip, the ship will transition to explore the Mediterranean before crossing the Atlantic Ocean to sail in the Caribbean.
To ensure a safe resumption of sailings, the remainder of Regent's fleet return to operation will be announced at future dates, with cruise suspensions extended through September 30, 2021, for Seven Seas Mariner, Seven Seas Navigator, Seven Seas Voyager, and Seven Seas Explorer. Seven Seas Splendor’s cruises are suspended up until the ship's September 11 voyage from Southampton, England.
