VIVA Cruises (fleet, 2019-established brand and subsidiary of Scylla AG), announced the 2022 program of its first-ever expedition ship Seaventure (fka MS Bremen).
From April through October 2022, the 164-passenger ship will offer new ocean itineraries in Northern and Western Europe, along with Arctic voyages, departing from Dublin, Bremerhaven, Leith-Edinburgh, Tromso, Reykjavik.
The 7-day Seaventure’s ‘Coastal Magic’ cruise round-trip from Dublin is departing on April 16, 2022. The expedition ship is due to take passengers along the Irish coast to Belfast as well as across northern Scotland to Edinburgh. The sailing is followed by further calls in Nordic cities like Norway’s northernmost archipelago in the Arctic, Spitsbergen.
The 24-day "Eternal Ice of the Arctic" is one of the highlights of ms Seaventure’s 2022 program. The voyage is sailing from/to Bremerhaven with 2 departures in July and August. The ship will head through the northern-most tip of Scotland, the Shetland Islands while making her way to Greenland. Guests will have the chance to see icebergs and glaciers in Disko Bay, spot humpback, minke, fin whales in the summer.
The 22-day ‘Beauty of Scandinavia’ cruise is setting sail in September 2022, visiting some of the most beautiful cities in the region, including Oslo, Gothenburg, Copenhagen, before sailing to Western Europe in October. The voyage will take guests from Bremerhaven along the French, Spanish and Portuguese coasts to the Canaries, where the journey ends in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Fares for 2022 Seaventure expedition voyages start from EUR 2205 (~GBP 1900) per person in an outside cabin. A 10% early-bird discount applies to all bookings made by July 31, 2021.
