Viking OCEAN announced its World Cruise 2023-2024, which is spanning 138 days, 28 different countries, and 57 ports, with overnights in 11 cities.
The company offers a choice of 2 departure dates for the World Voyage from Port Everglades/Fort Lauderdale Florida. Passengers may choose to sail on Viking Sky (departing on December 20, 2023) or on Viking Neptune (departing on December 23, 2023).
Both ships are scheduled to sail the identical itinerary in parallel.
Leaving from Florida and ending in the UK, both ships sail in Central America before transiting the Panama Canal and up North America's west coast.
The smaller (121-day) Viking World Journeys (itinerary segment) allows guests to embark in Los Angeles California and cross the Pacific to visit Hawaii, Australia & New Zealand, before exploring Asia and the Middle East. The ships will finally sail through the Mediterranean and conclude the cruise in London-Greenwich (England UK).
The journey includes overnights in 11 ports, such as Haifa (Tel Aviv-Nazareth, Israel), Istanbul Turkey, Sydney NSW Australia, and double overnights in Auckland NZ, Mumbai India, Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Yangon/Rangoon Burma, and Benoa Bali Indonesia.
Highlights of the 2023-2024 Viking World Cruise itinerary include Singapore, Sydney NSW, Mumbai, Nawiliwili (Lihue, Kauai Island, Hawaii), London-Greenwich, and Istanbul.
Both World Cruise itineraries offer up to US$50,000 per couple in Viking Value, including Business Class international flights, transfers to/from the ship, complimentary visa services, shipboard gratuities and service fees, "Silver Spirits Beverage Package," free luggage shipping service for embarkation.
Bookings made through September 30, 2021, receive an additional US$2,000 per person in-shore excursion credit for optional land programs and US$1,000 per person in shipboard credit that can be used toward optional tours, onboard shops, beverages, and spa services.
Viking Explorer Society members who book Viking World Journeys or 2023-2024 Viking World Cruise through September 30, 2021, receive an additional US$1,000 in shipboard credit per person.
