The world's largest cruise shipowner Carnival Corporation released its 11th annual sustainability report developed in accordance with the widely recognized GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) standard.

For the first time, the company incorporated into the report two additional disclosure frameworks - SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board) and TCFD (Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures).

Titled “Sustainable from Ship to Shore,” the report is available on the Corporation’s website CarnivalSustainability.com

The sustainability report provides updates on the Corporation's current initiatives through the end of FY2020 (fiscal year) and relevant 2021's updates. It also includes an overview of the comprehensive COVID response from the company's 9 cruise line brands (subsidiaries).

Following the achievement of the Corporation's 2020 sustainability goals, the latest report establishes sustainability goals for 2030 and aspirations for 2050 in 6 focus areas, which were initially announced in June this year as a preview of the strategic direction for sustainability efforts of the company over time.
