MSC Cruises opened sales for ist South America 2022-2023 season (November-April).
The company announced that the program is based on MSC Seashore (2021-built) plus 5 other boats. Four are homeported in Brazil, 1 in Argentina and Uruguay, while the 6th will sail a World Cruise that visits destinations in the region.
- MSC Seashore will sail on 6 to 8-nights voyages out of Santos (Sao Paulo, Brazil) with rotating visits to Maceio, Salvador de Bahia, Ilha Grande (Abraao), and Buzios, with a possibility to board in Maceio and Salvador.
- MSC Seaview is scheduled to depart from Rio de Janeiro and make 3- and 4-night mini-cruises, as well as to offer itineraries of 5 to 7 nights with calls at Salvador, Ilheus, Ilha Grande, and Buzios.
- MSC Fantasia and MSC Armonia setting sail from Itajai (Brazil), will be cruising off the Brazilian coast.
- MSC Musica will be sailing from Argentina and Uruguay, with 7 to 10-night itineraries, also including cruises in Brazil.
- MSC Magnifica will sail on a 117-day Around the World Cruise 2023, visiting destinations in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, and Uruguay.
MSC will lead South America's season alongside another 5 ships already confirmed.
