Cadillac is a Garonne River cruise port and town in Gironde department (Nouvelle-Aquitaine, southwestern France). The town is located directly across the river from Sauternes. Cadillac is famous for producing sweet dessert wines under the "Cadillac AOC" designation.

Cadillac is included as call port on most river cruise itineraries leaving roundtrip from Bordeaux. The settlement was established in 1280 as river port serving Cheteau de Benauge (medieval castle in Arbis). The town is best-known for the Cheteau de Cadillac (officially "Chateau des Ducs d'Epernon). The town was named after Antoine de la Mothe Cadillac (1658-1730) - Governor of Louisiana state (USA) and founder of Detroit MI. The US town Cadillac MI and GM's Cadillac car division are also named after him.
