Coburg Island is an uninhabited island in Nunavut, Arctic Canada. It is one of the Queen Elizabeth Islands and is located in Lady Ann Strait (Baffin Bay). Glacier Strait separates it from Ellesmere Island (to the north) and Devon Island (the Earth's largest uninhabited isle) is its southern neighbour.

The isle has a namesake - the small-sized Saxe-Coburg Island in Davis Strait, located south of Leopold Island (not to be mistaken with Prince Leopold Island), east of Cumberland Peninsula (on Baffin Island).

Coburg Island features rocky shores, coastline cliffs and tundra habitats. Its highest elevation point is 300 m (984 ft). The fauna is represented by bowhead whales, white whales and narwhales, seals, walruses, polar bears.

The isle has the Key Migratory Bird Terrestrial Habitat and the International Biological Program site, and along with its surrounding sea area is included into the Nirjutiqavvik National Wildlife Area (NWA). This nature reserve park was established in 1995 and covers a total area of 1650 km2 (640 mi2), including a marine area of 1283 km2 (495 mi2).

Coburg Island's Cambridge Point (off the Marina Peninsula in its southeastern part) is a Canadian Important Bird Area. Seabirds that can be seen there include black guillemots, Brunnich's guillemots, black-legged kittiwakes, glaucous gulls, Arctic fulmars.
