Doini Island PNG (Papua New Guinea)

Doini Island (aka Blanchard Island, and Doini Island Resort) is located in the East Channel (on its southern side). The island is part of the Samarai Islands group (Louisiade Archipelago), and is located south of Sariba Island.

Doini is privately owned resort island. It consists of a large resort plantation where most of the islanders are employed as service staff.

The island is served by an airstrip built near the resort. The same owner also owns the Tuam Island.
