Friday Harbor WA is a Pacific Northwest USA cruise port and town on San Juan Island (Washington USA), with land area approx 6 km2 (2 mi2) and population around 2,000. Friday Harbor is the principal seaport (locode USFRD) and the commercial hub of the Archipelago San Juan Islands.

The primary connection of Friday Harbor to mainland USA is via Washington State Ferries. The ferry service is regularly scheduled (several times daily) and between Friday Harbor and Anacortes WA. Friday Harbor can also be reached via ferry ships from Sidney BC (on Vancouver Island, Canada) via Washington State Ferries' international route service (available only seasonally / May through October).

The town is served by Friday Harbor Airport offering limited airline service. Daily floatplane scheduled services are offered with flights from the downtown pier to Lake Union seaplane terminal in Seattle WA. Seasonal passenger ferry service is offered from Seattle, Bellingham and Port Townsend to Friday Harbor.

On San Juan Island can be rented bicycles, mopeds, taxis and shuttles.

Friday Harbor is featured as default starting point in the famous flight simulation computer game "Microsoft Flight Simulator X" (FSX) published by Microsoft Game Studios in 2006. The town is the location for the movie "Namu, the Killer Whale" (1966, based on a true story) and also the setting for the film "Practical Magic" (1998, romantic comedy with Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman). The town is also featured in the film "Pirate for the Sea" (2008 movie about Greenpeace's co-founder and Sea Shepherd's founder and president Paul Watson).
