Grevenmacher is a Moselle River cruise port and town in eastern Luxembourg, with population around 5,000. The town is located in an important winegrowing region and on the river's left bank (linked with the German right bank via bridge). Best-known tourist attractions include the Old Town (with small cobbled streets), medieval fortifications ruins, bell tower (13th-century), esplanade (riverside promenade), butterfly garden, large outdoor kids playground, wine cellars (of local vinegrowers), Kelsbaach (nature reserve). The list of Luxembourg's river cruise ports also includes Remich, Luxembourg City, Wasserbillig.
