Mosquera Island (officially Isla Mosquera) is a small coral reef (total area 0,06 km2 / 0,022 ml2) with width approx 160 m (530 ft). One of the Galapagos Islands, it is located in the sea channel between Baltra and North Seymour,
- Isla Mosquera has one of the world's largest Sea Lion colonies. There are also numerous shorebirds - abundance of Lava Gulls, and seasonally can be seen Yellow Crowned Herons, Brown Pelicans, Boobies.
- Most of the isle is covered with sand and lava rocks (no walking trails). Alongside the lava rocks can be seen crabs (Red Lava Crabs, Sally Light-Foot Crabs) with bright red shells and blue bodies.
- Island visitors are advised to take care not to step on the vegetation.
