Remich is a  Moselle River cruise port and town located in southeastern Luxembourg (Europe's smallest state). The town has population around 3,500 and covers an area of approx 5 km2 (2 ml2). It's on the river's left bank, which also forms part of Germany-Luxembourg border.

Moselle Valley is largely a wine region dominated by small wine-making towns, of which Remich is among the most frequently visited by tourists. The first bridge over Moselle River was built in 1866. After its destruction in WWII, it was replaced temporarily with a wooden bridge, then in 1958 with the current bridge. Since 1964 (when the country's canalization was completed), it's been possible for riverboats to sail on Moselle the whole year round.

Remich annually holds a 3-day-long celebration for Carnival (named in Luxembourgish "Fuesend Karneval"). Remich is popular for two special events in addition to Fuesend Karneval parades. The first one is the Streimannchen, which is the burning of male effigy from Remich bridge which crosses Moselle River separating Grand Duchy from Germany. The Streimannchen symbolizes winter's burning away. The other special event at Remich Fuesend celebrations is Buergbrennen (bonfire) which closes the celebration.

The list of Luxembourg's river cruise ports also includes Luxembourg City, Wasserbillig, Grevenmacher.
