Tivua Island is one of Fiji's Mamanuca Islands. This small coral cay is located in the archipelago's northern part, and northwest of Viti Levu Island.

The small isle features white sand beaches, approx 2 km2 (0,8 ml2) of reef and two traditional huts (called bures) offered as accommodations for visitors. The island can be walked around in about 15 minutes. Fiji 1-day cruises to Tivua Island are operated regularly by Captain Cook Cruises (an Australian travel company owned by SeaLink Travel Group).

Tivua is a private island owned by Captain Cook Cruises. This exclusive island destination is visited daily by the tall sailing ship Ra Marama and also by the sailing catamaran ship Fiji One. Both vessels are owned by the company.

The island feature white sandy beaches and approx 2 km2 (0,8 ml) coral garden. The traditional Fijian experience on the island includes a medicine nature walking tour, learning to weave coconut fibres, partaking in a Kava ceremony. Other unique for this cruise destination activities include wildlife viewing (of seasonal seabirds and nesting turtles), snorkelling, diving and glass-bottom boat tours around the island, food and drink service, beach massages, Senekai Day Spa. There are also sporting activities for kids 3 to 9 years old - Volleyball games with the crew, sandcastle building, treasure hunt adventure.

On Fiji-themed wedding cruises, Captain Cook Cruises offer pre-arranged packages with overnight stays on the island for couples and small groups (up to 6 guests). Tivua Island's overnight accommodations are beachfront bures. Fijian bures are made by wood and straw huts, similar to a ship cabin.
