Wasserbillig is a Sauer-Moselle River cruise port and town in Mertert (eastern Luxembourg) with a population of around 2,000. The town is located at the confluence of Moselle and Sauer, which also forms the Luxembourg-Germany border. On Moselle River, a regularly scheduled car ferry service links Wasserbillig with Oberbillig (Rhineland-Palatinate State, Germany). Over Sauer River, vehicle and rail bridges link with Wasserbilligerbruck (Rhineland-Palatinate).

Under the name Biliacum, the settlement was founded by the Romans in 100 AD. Wasserbillig is popular as Luxembourg State's lowest settlement (located at 132 m / 433 ft above sea level). Wasserbillig Aquarium exhibits various fish in natural surroundings. The town, however, is best-known for housing ExxonMobil's largest petrol station in Europe. The station serves A1 motorway (aka Trier motorway) connecting to Germany. Due to Luxembourg's lower fuel taxes, numerous German motorists and truckers purchase fuel here before crossing into Germany.

The list of Luxembourg's river cruise ports also includes Remich, Luxembourg City, Grevenmacher.
