Departures are offered from Germany (homeports Cologne and Dusseldorf). The riverboat is owned by Rijfers Nautical Management BV (Holland) and currently chartered by the German tour travel company Phoenix Reisen.

The vessel (ENI number 02337442) is currently Malta-flagged (MMSI 248725000) and registered in Valletta.
