MY Callisto

The 1963-built MY Callisto cruise ship is a motor yacht owned by Variety Cruises (fleet) and was fully rebuilt in 2000. The boat was completely drydock refited in 2005 and last refurbished in March-July 2016. This classy yacht has performed several Transatlantic crossings and has also sailed along Europe's most popular coastal regions (including Greece / Greek Islands, Italian and French rivieras), also in North and West Africa.

The vessel (IMO number 5416553) is currently Greece-flagged (MMSI 239749000) and registered in Piraeus/Athens.

Shipboard facilities

Callisto is a cruiser of the "boutique" category and offers the highest standards of safety, accommodation and comfort. Public areas are generous and cozy, decorated with gleaming brass, handsome woodwork, rich fabrics, antiques and fine artworks. During the day, life onboard centres around the yacht's indoor and outdoor areas including Upper Deck's Bar Lounge and Dining Room as well as the Library on the Sun Deck.

The Upper deck bar lounge and dining room are connected by Callisto's gallery, which displays exquisite art and adds to the overall feeling of style and elegance. In the evening passengers can relax in the lounge, and enjoy a drink or relax with a book in the library. There is a spacious outdoor bar lounge area on the Sun Deck. This luxury yacht features two spacious open-air/sundeck areas for sunbathing. The aft-located Marina (swimming platform on the stern) enables guests to swim off the vessel when anchored in sheltered bays. Service onboard is provided by the Captain, Cruise Coordinator and experienced Marine crew and Hotel staff.
