RV Charaidew

RV Charaidew cruise ship is a 38-meter long, steel hulled, twin-engined vessel. The riverboat. is owned by the ABN (Assam Bengal Navigation) company and often chartered by the travel companies Noble Caledonia (UK) and Phoenix Reisen (Germany). Charaidew ship cruises in India, on Brahmaputra River (transboundary river in South Asia). Itineraries are round-trips leaving from Kolkata India.

Cabins

The riverboat has 12 air-conditioned staterooms, all located on the upper deck. Cabin amenities include a hairdryer, safe, and en suite facilities including a shower. 

Shipboard facilities

This river ship was built along traditional lines: it is airy and light throughout, as well as completely comfortable. There is a spacious and cosy saloon looking out over ship's bows, with outside space that is reached via sliding glass doors. There is a bar in the saloon, while in another corner is the location of a well-stocked library. A rich DVD collection is available for playing on the big TV set.

Charaidew's top deck is an expansive Sun deck with rich amounts of seating both outsides and shaded, as well as a bar for soft drinks and beer, while coffee and tea are always available. Laundry service is also available onboard. 

The single seating dining room is on Charaidew's lower deck and serves a mixture of continental and Assamese cuisine. A vegetarian option is always included. Most dietary requirements are accommodated given previous notice.
