Carnival "FUN SHIP" recipe
Carnival "THE FUN SHIP" recipe of the DOD (drink of the day) on the first day of your sailing:1oz Amaretto Almond Liqueur
- 1oz Rum
- 1oz Vodka
- 1/2oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2oz Orange Juice
- 1/2oz Lime Juice
- 1/4oz Apricot Brandy
- 1 splash grenadine syrup
- (variation) - "Apricot Brandy, Light Rum, Amaretto, Almond Liqueur, Mango Liqueur, Grenadine Syrup, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice".
Carnival "MARDI GRAS" recipe
- 0,1oz lemon juice
- 2oz dark rum
- 6oz Hawaiian Punch
- 1tsp sugar.
- The hurricane glass preparation - dip the rim first in lemon juice, then in sugar. The drink itself - shake well with lots of ice, garnish with an orange slice. Enjoy it by thinking of the Fat Carnival Fun, and not necessarily on Thursday.

- 1/2oz Bacardi Select Rum
- 1/2oz Bacardi Light Rum
- 1/4oz Vodka Finlandia
- 1/4oz DeKuyper-Banana Liqueur
- 1/4oz coconut cream
- 1 1/2oz pineapple juice
- 1 1/2oz orange juice
- dash grenadine, ice.

- 1oz Sauza Tequila
- 1/2oz DeKuyper /Apricot Brandy/
- 3oz fruit punch
- 1/2oz coconut cream
- dash grenadine, ice, garnish orange slice.

- 3/4oz Tequila
- 3/4oz Bacardi Rum
- 1/2oz grapefruit juice
- 1/2oz coconut cream

- 1/2oz Sauza Tequila
- 1/2oz Gin
- 1/2oz Bacardi Light Rum
- 2 oz pineapple juice

"Dirty Banana" recipe
- 1oz Creme de Banana (DeKuyper)
- 1oz Creme de Cacao (DeKuyper)
- 1oz Kahlua (coffee-flavored liqueur)
- 2scoops vanilla icecream.
"Agave Pineapple Tea" recipe
- 1/2oz Milagro Tequila
- 1/2oz Gin
- 1/2oz Vodka
- 1/2oz Light Rum
- 1/2oz Pineapple Juice
- 1oz Lemonade
- Mix together, pour over ice, top with a splash of soda, garnish with a pineapple slice.

- 5oz Bacardi 151
- 1 pckg Frozen Pina Colada Mix
- 1 pckg Frozen Daiquiri Mix
- Mix the pina colada with 2,5oz rum & ice, mix the daiquiri with 2,5oz rum/ice, add the pina colada to a cocktail glass, then add the daiquiri on top.
"Peach Pleasures" recipe
- 1oz DeKuyper /Peachtree Schnapps/
- 1/2oz DeKuyper /Sloe Gin/
- 3oz orange juice
- ice, float the grenadine, garnish with a cherry.
Carnival "Kiss on the Lips" recipe
- 1 or 1 1/2oz Peach Schnapps
- 4-6oz mango puree
- 1 tbsp grenadine syrup
- Mix schnapps/mango/ice, add grenadine, pour in a highball glass filled with ice, garnish with pineapple slice/cherry.
Carnival "Cosmopolitan" recipe
- 1 3/4oz Passion Fruit Vodka
- 3/4oz Triple Sec (orange-flavored liqueur)
- 1oz Cranberry Juice
- 1oz Lime Juice
- 1 Cherry
- Cotton Candy
- Blend all but the cotton candy/cherry, put cotton candy in a martini glass (cherry on top), pour the ingredients over the top.
Carnival "Beachcomber" recipe
- 1 1/4oz Smirnoff Vodka
- 1/4oz Captain Morgan coconut rum
- 1/2oz pineapple juice
- 1/4oz orange juice
- 1slice orange
- blend all, shake with ice, serve in an ice-filled glass, garnish with an orange slice.

- 3/4oz Bacardi Spice Rum

- 1oz Bacardi Light Rum
- 1/4oz Galliano
- 1/4oz DeKuyper /Creme de Banana/
- 2oz orange juice

"Riviera Delight" recipe
- 3/4oz Melon Liqueur
- 1/4oz Vodka
- 1/4oz Bacardi Light
- 1/4oz Amaretto (almond-flavored liqueur)
- 2&1/2oz Sweet & Sout
- 1/2oz Pineapple Juice
- Blend together, pour over ice, garnish with orange slice/cherry.
"The Bushwacker" recipe
- 3/4oz Dark Rum
- 3/4oz Vodka
- 3/4oz Creme de Coco
- 3/4oz Frangelica
- 3/4oz Kahlua
- 3/4oz Rum Cream
- 3/4oz Coconut Milk
- Blend all together with ice, sprinkle a dash of nutmeg on top.
"Mexican Mama" recipe
- 1oz Sauza Tequila
- 1/2oz Apricot Brandy (DeKuyper)
- 3oz fruit punch
- 1/2oz coconut cream
- 1dash grenadine
- blend all, pour over ice, garnish with a slice of orange.

- 1oz Vodka Finlandia
- 1/2oz DeKuyper /Melon Liqueur/
- 3oz orange juice

- 2oz Bourbon
- 3/4oz Sweet Vermouth
- 3/4oz spiced brown sugar
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- shake all together with ice and strain into a cocktail glass (chilled); garnish with a cherry, then serve.

- 3/4oz Blue Curacao liqueur (DeKuyper)
- 3/4oz Vodka
- x1oz pineapple & orange juice
- 1/4oz coconut cream
- blend with 5oz ice.
"Twilight Zone" recipe
- 1oz Bacardi Light Rum
- 1/2oz Melon Liqueur
- 1 & 1/2oz coconut cream, blend all with 5oz ice, then float Blue Curacao (DeKuyper) over the top.
"Havana Delight" recipe
- 3/4oz Bacardi Rum
- 3/4oz Kaluha (coffee-flavored liqueur)
- 1 1/2oz coconut cream, blend with 5oz ice.
"Tipsy Turtle" recipe
- 1oz Bacardi Rum
- 1/2oz DeKuyper /Midori/
- 2oz pineapple juice
- 1oz sweet-sour mix
- ice, garnish pineapple slice.
"Caribbean Colada" recipe
- 2oz Bacardi Superior Rum
- 3oz fresh pineapple juice
- 1/2oz coconut cream (Coco Lopez)
- 4dash aromatic bitters (Angostura)
- 1pinch salt.
"Purple Sky" recipe
- 1oz Vodka Finlandia
- 1/2oz DeKuyper /Raspberry Liqueur/
- 1oz sweet-sour mix
- 2oz pineapple juice
- ice, garnish pineapple slice.
"Mango Magic" (rum) recipe
- 1oz Cruzan Mango
- 1oz Captain Morgan Spiced
- 1oz Vitality Lemonade
- 2oz Vitality Mango
- 2 mint leaves
- 1 1/4oz Simple Syrup.
"Fresh Italian" recipe
- 1 1/4oz Cruzan Vanilla
- 1 1/4oz Aperol
- 1/4oz Orange Juice
- 1/2oz Vitality Lemonade mix
- 1/2oz Simple Syrup.
"Mango Colada" recipe
- 5oz Bacardi 151 Rum
- 1 package frozen Mango mix
- 1 package frozen Pina Colada mix
- mix the pina colada with 2,5oz rum and ice, then set aside. Mix the mango with 2,5oz rum and ice; while frozen, add the pina colada mix into a cocktail glass, then the mango on top, (separated), and garnish with cherry and pineapple wedge; serve with a straw.
"Mocha Chocolate Getaway" recipe
- 3/4oz Dark Rum
- 3/4oz Irish Cream
- 1/4oz Kahlua
- 1/4 Butescotch Schnapps
- 2 1/2oz Ice Cream mix
- Chocolate Syrup
- line the inside of a glass with the chocolate syrup; combine in blender all the ingredients and blend with ice, till smooth; top with whipped Irish cream and cherry.
